Who we are?
INTRIA Engineering
Founded in 2022, INTRIA Ingeniería was created due to the growing demand for process automation, specializing in innovative projects in industrial environments, aerospace, food, and automotive industries. Since the beginning of our path, we have developed various projects nationally and internationally, providing solutions to the different required processes.

Technical office
Project management
Monitoring the project schedule, suppliers, costs, etc. A good tracking of a project’s status is necessary in all its phases to achieve the marked objectives, so we are specialists in project monitoring.
Mechanical design
One of the pillars of a project is the mechanical studies needed to automate the process. At INTRIA Ingeniería we have highly qualified technicians in assisted design with different software.
Finite element analysis
A mechanical design must be checked to meet required safety levels. At INTRIA Ingeniería we perform studies to verify the values that affect each system element in its environment to increase its useful life and work under required conditions.
Electrical design and programming
An automated process would not be possible without electrical design and programming of the process inputs and outputs. At INTRIA Ingeniería we perform process automation.
Assembly and adjustment
Proper functioning of the process is only achieved with correct assembly, adjustment, and machine calibration. INTRIA Ingeniería has a highly qualified team to guarantee machine operation.

Projects
We work in collaboration with our clients to provide comprehensive design, manufacturing and commissioning solutions. This methodology allows us to transfer all our experience, minimising R&D costs by avoiding the need to internalise an engineering department within your structure.
An example of this is our collaboration with LA ROCCA, for which we have designed and manufactured two units of ‘The Beast’, the world’s largest espresso machine, developed with a focus on customised engineering and high performance.
Design project for the construction sector
We develop our own designs for modular metal staircases. Once the dimensions have been defined and verified on site, we adapt the final design and supply a complete kit with all the parts and technical documentation necessary for assembly using bolted joints, without the need for welding.
At the customer’s request, the components can be delivered with a powder-coated finish or incorporate wood cladding, ensuring both the functionality and aesthetics of the assembly.
Prototyping of parts
We have filament (FDM technology) and resin (SLA) 3D printers, which we use to continuously develop prototypes for our clients. This capability allows us to manufacture functional prototypes within 24 hours, significantly optimising validation times and achieving immediate improvements in the testing phase.
